All members who have provided an e-mail address should hve received a copt of the latest newsletter, which is mainly about subscriptions for 2021/22.

 

This is the last mail shot to use the 2021 membership list. Future copies of The Terrain Cupboard Door will only be sent to people who have paid the 2021/22 subscription and provided a 2021/22 membership form giving their e-mail address. 

If you haven’t re-subscribed please do so now (you can pay cash, by online bank transfer or by cheque – see the newsletter).

All members who have provided an e-mail address should have received a copy of the latest newsletter which includes the minutes of the committee meeting held on 22^nd December and details of the Christmas Meeting to be held on Thursday 30^th December.

Annual Subscriptions for 2021/22 are due by 31st December - details of how to pay are in the newsletter.

Annual General Meeting 2021

The AGM was held last night and minutes will be circulated to members shortly.  21 members attended.  

My thanks to all those who invested their time in the welfare of the club by attending and contributing to the discussion.

19th May 2021 - Good News

 

As Covid restrictions are easing on the 17th May, Farm Road Social Club is reopening.

This means that SWS can also reopen, with caution, from Wednesday 19th May 2021.

We will not be able to use our normal room, but only the lounge bar. This means that large figure games will not be possible.

Covid restrictions will still apply, Masks when not eating or drinking, groups or no more than six etc.

More information as it becomes available.
