All members who have provided an e-mail address should have received a copy of the latest newsletter which includes the minutes of the committee meeting held on 19th August and announces:
a.
a survey on options for holding the AGM, for which members should receive an
invitation by e-mail in the next week or so; and
b.
the date of the Christmas meeting.
